Sandra E. Taylor is an internationally recognized expert in environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility. She spent several years as an executive with Starbucks Coffee Company in Seattle, where she directed corporate responsibility strategies related to hospitality, agricultural commodities, sourcing and brand equity. Sandra is a graduate of the Wine MBA program at the Bordeaux School of Management in France. She is the author of two books on wine supply chains, sustainability certifications in wine regions around the world and marketing sustainability to wine consumers. Her first book, The Business of Sustainable Wine, was published in 2017. Her second book, Vines and Values: A Consumer's Guide to Sustainable Wine was published in 2025. She has served on several for profit and non-profit boards and is very experienced in board governance. Sandra received a BA in French from Colorado Women’s College and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
