This year, we proudly present the 2025 Excellence in Sustainability award to Fairsing Vineyard for their outstanding contributions to environmental stewardship and conservation.
Fairsing Vineyard has transformed over 200 acres into a thriving ecosystem, restoring 70 acres of land with thousands of native trees and shrubs. Their 45 acres of dry-farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines are cultivated without herbicides and with minimal tillage, using cover crops and compost to enrich biodiversity.

Their estate also supports diverse wildlife habitats, including hawk perches, bee apiaries, and wildflower meadows—each contributing to a regenerative ecosystem.
Their commitment to sustainability is reflected in multiple certifications, including LIVE and Salmon-Safe, Bee Friendly Farming, and the American Tree Farm System. As a leader in the Oak Accord, they have planted over 1,000 oak saplings to restore native habitat.

Beyond land stewardship, Fairsing champions the people behind Oregon’s wine industry, co-founding the Willamette Valley Wine Foundation to support affordable housing, healthcare, education, and professional development for agricultural workers — ensuring sustainability extends beyond the vineyard.

Thank you Fairsing team for your commendable efforts!
