Please join us in congratulating Idaho’s first ever LIVE Certified winery, 3100 Cellars! We are excited to see a growing dedication to our winery certification within Idaho and across the Pacific Northwest.
3100 Cellars has met the LIVE Winery Certification standards that serve to:
- create more efficient use of energy and water
- lower greenhouse gas emissions and the winery's overall carbon footprint
- address social equity
- minimize waste via recycling, composting, and eco-conscious purchasing
- address sustainability across the full supply chain
Currently, LIVE has five members in Idaho with Bitner Vineyards earning the first LIVE certification for its vineyard in 2013. LIVE works closely with the Idaho Wine Commission and their director Moya Shatz Dolsby who serves on the LIVE board. We are excited to continue building the LIVE membership in Idaho and across the both sides of the Snake River Valley AVA.
