Shaun Vrooman - Production Winemaker at Adelsheim
Shaun, originally from Oklahoma, ventured to Breckenridge, CO for a ski season, then darted to Nashville, TN, discovering his passion for wine at Giovanni. After, he pursued winemaking, studying at UC Davis and earning a degree from Chemeketa College. Vrooman has developed wine programs for multiple restaurants in Colorado and worked a harvest in Tasmania making small lot Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and method champenoise sparkling wines. Currently, he's an integral part of Adelsheim Vineyard's winemaking team, crafting exquisite single vineyard expressions in Oregon's Chehalem Mountains AVA.
